The quiet days between 26 December and 10 January are the best time to read a site line by line. Paste your pages and see every year from 2000 to 2035 with its line number, the old ones sitting in titles and headings, the copyright and updated lines that have gone stale, and the phrases, like “this winter”, that need a person to decide.

Every year, with its line
Each four-digit year from 2000 to 2035 is listed with 60 characters of context and its line and column. Prices such as 2026.50, phone digits and longer numbers like 12026 are left out, and a year inside a web address is listed apart from the ones in your text.
1 Ranges such as 2025-2026 and 2025/26 are read against their last year.
Titles, stamps and copyright lines
A year older than the current one is flagged in titles and headings, and in lines such as “updated in 2025” or “© 2024” that look out of date. Dated labels such as “2025 prices” are caught too.

Phrases only you can settle
“This year” and “last season” change meaning on 1 January. You choose the phrases; each hit is listed with its line so you can name the year or reword it.
3 Nothing is rewritten for you. You get suggestions and a checklist.
How to read the results
Older, this year, ahead. Each year is compared with the current year you set. A range reads against its last year, so 2026-2027 is fine in 2027 and 2025/26 is not.
Addresses. A year in a web address or file name is listed, but it is not counted as old. Changing an address needs a redirect, so look at the words around the link instead.
Quantities. A figure such as “2026 kg” or an order number is listed with a flag, in case it is not a year at all.
What is not read. Two-digit years such as ’25, and text that lives inside images or PDFs.
